“Cattārimāni, bhikkhave, aggāni.

“Mendicants, these four things are the best.

Katamāni cattāri?

What four?

Sīlaggaṁ, samādhiggaṁ, paññāggaṁ, vimuttaggaṁ—

The best ethics, immersion, wisdom, and freedom.

Imāni kho, bhikkhave, cattāri aggānī”ti.

These are the four things that are the best.”
