“Dhiratthu kaṇḍinaṁ sallaṁ,

Curse the dart, the arrow

purisaṁ gāḷhavedhinaṁ;

that deeply strikes a man.

Dhiratthu taṁ janapadaṁ,

Curse the nation

yatthitthī pariṇāyikā;

where women rule.
