“Yathā nadī ca pantho ca,

Just like rivers and roads,

pānāgāraṁ sabhā papā;

taverns, hotels, and pubs,

Evaṁ lokitthiyo nāma,

are those called women in the world.

nāsaṁ kujjhanti paṇḍitā”ti.

Sages do not get angry with them.
