Nandirāgakkhayā cittaṁ vimuttaṁ suvimuttanti vuccati.
When relishing and greed end, the mind is freed, and is said to be well freed.
Sammā passaṁ nibbindati.
Nandikkhayā rāgakkhayo, rāgakkhayā nandikkhayo.
